The main focus is to improve the performance, reliability, and secure long-term capacity of Richmond Valley Council’s water treatment infrastructure. UMINEX is engaged to provide project management, grant funding and management and engineering support. The project involves coordination across planning, concept and detailed design and delivery. With multiple agencies involved, stakeholder management is key to the achieve continued service outcomes for the local community while preparing the asset for future operational demand. UMINEX has been involved from the inception stage of this project.
