Grant Funding Management | Risk Management | Project Management | WHS Management | Project / Contract Management Engaged by ERC at the request of TfNSW to facilitate the cofunded Hardinge Street Road Reconstruction Project. Specifically, to provide Project Management expertise including establishing & maintaining the Project Control Group, Risk Management practices, coordination of the cofunding arrangements and progress reporting.
